Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada. Orders over $100 ship for free. Flat rate shipping applies for all other orders.

Larger products (tubs, toilets, vitreous china sinks, silgranite sinks & furniture) may not be eligible for free shipping and are noted in the item details. Freight shipping charges apply.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options for the items you purchase.

Please note, some non-stock or specialty colour products may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Please also note: Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) excluding website related reasons – for further details visit our Terms & Conditions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Modified Return Policies

This Policy applies to all FURNITURE and LIGHTING items.

You can return a large item within 30 days of delivery as long as it hasn’t been installed and is returned in the original packaging. Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, depending on the manufacturer, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

Return of Non-Stock Items

Non stocked items from our distribution centres may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact a customer service representative if you require more information.

Non-Returnable Items

The purchase of items that are non-returnable include partially or completely installed items, special ordered items and items on clearance.

However, if it is found that the information we provide is not completely accurate or current, Bathtek and Bathtek Home and Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing such errors or inaccuracies regarding product information, including after the order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
